Honda CR-V 2012 be launched this December

NEW YORK - Honda Motor Co. had time to delay production of the Honda CR-V 2012 to be marketed in the United States. The delay was due to massive flooding that occurred in Thailand that resulted in the Honda factory was closed for a while.

In the presence production delays, the launch of the 2012 CR-V returned having problems. Honda plans to launch this latest generation SUV in early December, but with the floods in Thailand three weeks of its release retreated to the end of December 2011.

As reported by Automotivnews, Wednesday (09/11/2011) to pursue a target launch in late December 2011, Honda Motor Co. will try to increase production. Although some uninterrupted supply of spare parts, Honda will take the spare parts at its plant located in another country.

According to Deputy Director of Sales of American Honda, John Mendel, Honda now has reduced its production by 50 percent. But to pursue the launch end of December, the production will be boosted to 75 percent of normal production capacity. Increased production started after 23 November 2011.

"The statement is at once proved, although the supply of spare parts were disrupted by floods in Thailand. Honda production will recover quickly and the launch of the Honda CR-V 2012 will remain the same despite walking on the moon back three weeks, "said John in the quotation in Automotivnews.
